These Chrystal eggs are manufactured in Saint Petersburg by one of the rare factories which produce today the splendid copies of works of Faberge
They are characterized by:
- a richness of illustrations engraved with acid,
- arabesques engraved with diamond grinding stone
- one or more lenses, cut in the mass, which make it possible to observe the scenes engraved by transparency with multiple angles (see photographs)
The photographs don't always reproduce very well the magnificence of this work that can be really appreciated only in front of one lighting (lamp or daylight)
