The Decorative Eggs are a true speciality of the Russian craft industry (perhaps because of Karl Fabergé: -)) 

You will find some ones to any kinds and at all prices, mainly out of wood , but out of metal too, true cockles egg, out of ceramics, etc. The originality of the Russian craftsmen is equalized only by their imagination. 

What they are painted, furnished with gold or invaluable stones, simple or extremely sophisticated, these eggs, symbols of the life, always represent a very decorative object and very original and appreciated gift (at Easter in particular).
