Where the extraordinary Faberge Eggs
mystery come from?
When Karl Faberge, jeweller of the Russian Tsars created his eggs at the twentieth century beginning, it was to show its exceptional talent, and to give pleasure to the Tsar Alexander III. Half a century later, these eggs attracted many covetousnesses from the wide world collectors, and many intrigues, sometimes dramatic, were tied to acquire them. Nowadays, almost all its works is in national museums, and when one of them is found on the market, it get astronomical prices in auctions.
Fortunately for the enthusiasts, a few factories of Saint Petersburg manufacture beautiful contemporary copies, and we are grateful to present you some of them for your pleasure.
