The Lomonosov Porcelain Factory was created in 1744. It is one of the oldest and famous Russian porcelain factories.

 

Since the begining, the animalist statuettes are one of their specialities. This tradition goes up in the medium of the 18s, when the Founder DI Vinogradoff manufactured the first porcelain Bears in Russia.

 

The production then diversified towards more traditional products such as the Crockery or decoration, and the manufacture having reached the greatest level of luxury and quality you can imagine, became the "Imperial Factory of St Petersburg".

 

Today the ancien products of this factory are extremely seeked by rich collectors, and the parts in sales often start with several tens of thousands of dollars.
